Insights from Youth Media Forward

Interested in youth reporting and storytelling at the intersection of sports, equity and social impact?

On Wednesday, January 21st at 4pm EST, the Centre for Sport and Human Rights is hosting a 30 minute webinar: “Generation 2026: Youth Media Forward”.

Since September 2024, thirty youth aged 15-17 based in Guadalajara, Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey and Toronto have been reporting on the impacts of sports in their lives, neighborhoods and beyond, as the region prepares to host the FIFA 2026 World Cup.

This session is designed for educators, youth media programs and other interested stakeholders. It will share tips from the program and launch a new practical guide.
